The most important functions of the "My Card" app at a glance:
- Activate or deactivate your Deutsche Bank Mastercard with one click, differentiated and individually based on, for example, online or international payments.
- View and review all your Deutsche Bank Mastercard spending immediately after your purchase and save the receipt as an image file directly next to the transaction.
- Want to know how much you've spent on fuel with your card so far? Our sorted spending history provides you with information.
- A quick glance at your always-updated credit limit informs you of your total spending to date.
- You will receive timely push notifications about your spending – you can also customize this.
In addition:
- File payment complaints quickly and easily via the app
- Always have important phone numbers such as customer service and the blocking number with you

REQUIREMENTS
The "My Card" app can be used with all Deutsche Bank MasterCards. These include the Deutsche Bank MasterCard, Deutsche Bank MasterCard GOLD, Deutsche Bank MasterCard Travel, Deutsche Bank MasterCard PLATINUM, Deutsche Bank MasterCard BLACK, and Deutsche Bank Card Plus. The "My Card" app can also be used for the Deutsche Bank BusinessCard and Deutsche Bank BusinessCard Direct. Exception: The "My Card" app is not available for the Deutsche Bank Card Virtual.
NOTES
The app requires access to your location to support the ATM search. Your location is used to navigate to a desired branch or ATM using the ATM function.
To use the individually configurable push notifications, we recommend activating push notifications for the app. Without this activation, you won't be able to receive push notifications.
